Restaurant Bookings
Reservations: We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends. Bookings can be made online or by phone.
Arrival: Please arrive on time. Tables may be released if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible. You can cancel online using the link in your confirmation email, or call us on 01346 561201.
Large parties: For groups of 8 or more, please contact us directly to discuss requirements and any deposit needed.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. While we take every care, our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Accommodation
Room bookings are managed through our booking partner eviivo and are subject to their terms of service.
- Check-in: From 4:00pm
- Check-out: By 10:30am
- Cancellation: See your booking confirmation for cancellation terms
Gift Vouchers
- Valid for 12 months from date of purchase
- Not redeemable for cash
- Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
- Any unused balance remains on the voucher for future use
Online Shop
Purchases from our online shop are processed by SumUp. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Shipping: UK delivery only. Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Returns: Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns unless items arrive damaged. Please contact us if there's an issue with your order.
General
Children: Children are welcome at The Pennan Inn. We can provide high chairs on request.
Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome in certain areas. Please let us know when booking.
Smoking: The Pennan Inn is non-smoking throughout.
